			LIM JIT POH, CHAIRMAN Mr. Lim joined the Board of Surbana Corporation on 15 August 2005 and was appointed Chairman on 1 April 2008. Presently the Group Chairman of ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited and also board member of several companies.


			TAN THAI HONG, MEMBER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr. Tan is an Executive Director of Surbana Corporation. Appointed to the Board on 1 July 2003.

			WONG HENG TEW, MEMBER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr. Wong is an Executive Director of Surbana Corporation. Appointed a Board Member on 16 September 2004. An Advisory Director in Temasek Holdings. Previously Temasek's Managing Director, Investments and Chief Representative in Vietnam.

			SUSAN KONG YIM PUI, MEMBER Ms. Kong joined the Board of Surbana Corporation on 15 August 2005. She is a Director in Stamford Law.


			LIU THAI KER, MEMBER Mr. Liu joined Surbana Corporation as a Board Member on 1 July 2003. Presently the Director of RSP Architects Planners & Engineers Pte Ltd.

			TOW HENG TAN, MEMBER Mr. Tow was appointed to the Surbana Corporation Board on 16 September 2004. Presently the Chief Investment Officer in Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd.

			EDMUND TIE NYUK SIONG, MEMBER Mr. Tie was appointed to the Board of Surbana Corporation on 15 August 2005. Presently the Executive Chairman of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA) Pte Ltd and Vice Chairman of DTZ Asia Pacific.

			FONG HENG BOO, MEMBER Mr. Fong joined Surbana Corp as a Board Member on 6 May 2008. Presently Director (Special Duties) of Singapore Totalisator Board.
